AI Usage & Content Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

1. Overview of Service

AI Prompt Studio leverages high-performance, open-weights large language models (including Meta Llama and Mistral open-source frameworks) executed through serverless edge computing architecture. Our goal is to provide rapid templates for production layout text, syntax code modules, and web blog structures.

2. Accuracy and Limitation of Liability

Critical Disclosure: Outputs are generated probabilistically via neural network processing. The application layer cannot verify truth or factual integrity. AI systems are fundamentally susceptible to "hallucinations"—generating confident but wholly inaccurate historical data, programming syntax bugs, or invalid references.

Users carry the full responsibility to check, rewrite, audit, and debug any text or technical scripts before introducing them to live staging servers or production channels. AI Prompt Studio will not be held accountable for application failures, structural losses, or deployment downfalls resulting from automated answers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

We enforce zero operational claim over the assets generated through your unique prompt guidelines. Content created within the console boundaries belongs entirely to the active end-user under fair usage laws. However, users must be aware that open-weight LLMs draw patterns from global training data matrices; ensuring uniqueness and proper non-infringement is the user's explicit task prior to monetization.

4. Acceptable Content Generation Rules

By feeding queries into our platform gateway, you agree to abstain from writing inputs that deliberately trigger or attempt to produce:

  • Malicious code execution bundles, exploits, or phishing vectors.
  • Hate speech, defamation, harassment, or explicit/harmful text patterns.
  • Spam networks, artificial bulk link building, or deceptive manipulation blocks.

5. User Reporting Protocol

If you encounter unexpected outputs that break ethical boundaries or community safety rules, use the integrated Report Inappropriate Content interface button to report the case immediately. Our administrative team continuously reviews reported outputs to tweak our internal filtering parameters.
